Redline Guiding offers customized adventures and educational experiences. Choose from backpacking adventures to nature tours to hiking adventures. The guides can personalize each adventure based on the type of challenge you’re looking for. They also offer winter mountaineering adventures that range from beginner ice climbing trips to summiting Mount Washington.

AMC Highland Center and Joe Dodge Lodge are two adventure centers overseen by the Appalachian Mountain Club. The Highland Center is located in Crawford Notch, off of route 302, and the Joe Dodge Lodge is in Pinkham Notch off of route 16. Both offer overnight accommodations and guided adventures for individuals and groups. Staff-led trips are customized for adults, children, teens and groups.
International Mountain Climbing School (IMCS)holds close to 100 years of experience between the guides of IMCS. You as a customer, guest, and student have access to that library of knowledge. This includes trail information, technical and skill training, insight into assessing weather and terrain patterns, and a collection of personal anecdotes on climbing, team work, and cultivating mental and physical resilience that have come from the hundreds of treks IMCS’s guides have led in the White Mountain National Forest (WMNF), and the world.
Randy Ouellette of Swift River Ghillie is the real deal when it comes to fly-fishing and guiding in the White Mountain National Forest. Not only is he an expert, with over twenty years of experience fly-fishing, but he's also a champion for conservation efforts and the ethical use of natural resources.
Northeast Mountaineering - a hybrid of a guide outfitter, rental shop, and bunkhouse, located in Glen, New Hampshire - is a great option! Guides offer winter adventure courses from avalanche training to backcountry ski trips, as well as fall, spring, and summer guided trips. Along with hiking, rock climbing, and mountain safety courses, it also offers waterfall rappelling.
Bretton Woods has a summer adventure center that offers full-day and half-day guided hikes, as well as guided rock climbing adventures.
