Leadership MWV
is a network for developing professionals, providing opportunities for mentorship for community involvement and support for civic leadership.
Leadership MWV aims to facilitate knowledge transfer and create the opportunity for hands-on learning with an emphasis on:

1. Generating new participation on local boards
2. Empowering those with leadership capabilities to effectively help solve local problems.
3. Support Young Professionals in the Community

The program emphasizes service, collaboration, and existence of synergistic opportunities to enhance the quality of life in our community. Leadership MWV has graduates working in healthcare, entrepreneurship, sales, recreation, banking, tourism, the non-profit sector, technology and education all sharing an interest in serving their communities through volunteerism.
