Do you want the best rate at any of the lodging properties in Mt Washington Valley? Then don’t click on that blue button your Google Search reveals – you won’t be connecting directly to the place you want to stay. Instead, when you search on Google and a blue box appears, you’re being directed to a third party. Book directly with the property where you hope to stay by going to their individual website and either calling or booking online from there. Many properties will offer their best rates to those who call and mention that they are AAA or AARP members. The third party booking engines won’t offer any additional discounts.
Probably the best time to find the lowest rates, best specials and special packages is during the spring time. From April to the end of June, you’ll find great rates and less crowds too. Take a self-guided waterfall tour, head up to Tuckerman Ravine for some great spring skiing, attend the annual Chili Cookoff in April and Bratwurst Boil in June. Attractions start opening as early as April and by Memorial Day they’re all open, at least on weekends. Golf courses open too as soon as the snow melts. And all offer early season pricing.
