Margarita Grill has been awarded The New Hampshire Farm to Restaurant Connection certification for its commitment to buying from local growers and producers. The Grill has become One of four restaurants state-wide to achieve such status. By utilizing the products of such local purveyors as Moat Mountain Brewery, Sap House Meadery, Pork Hill Farm, Sherman Farm, Sizzling Sauces, Sandwich Creamery, and Vintage Baking Company, Margarita Grill has established itself as the state’s leader in local, sustainable, and environmentally conscientious business practices.
Our 2nd SOHL Sunday, is April 22nd Earth Day. “SOHL Sunday.” SOHL (sustainable, organic, handcrafted, local) will take place from 5:30 – 8:00pm, showcasing Mt.WashingtonValley’s Local artists & musicians. Representatives of Sap House Meadery of Ossipee and White Gate Farms of Tamworth will be on hand with samples of their products. Local artists Kristen Pobatschnig and Merv Smithhodge will be on display, and live music will be provided by Benjamin Cook. The public is invited to experience some of the finest sights, sounds, and flavors The Valley has to offer.
The mission of The New Hampshire Farm to Restaurant Connection program is “to enhance the viability of New Hampshire’s Farms, maintain our rural heritage and open spaces, help protect the environment and sustain local economies through promotion of our agricultural products and education of the public on the importance of local food security.” In partnership with The New Hampshire Department of Agriculture, The Farm to Restaurant Connection helps serve farmers and consumers in the local marketplace.

Margarita Grill, a family restaurant, has been owned and operated by two generations of the Rober family. Our emphasis has always been on hearty, flavorful food made using the freshest seasonal ingredients and whenever possible, we use produce grown locally and hand-selected by our chefs.
